Dhanush Unveils Poster of Ilaiyaraaja Biopic in Presence of Music Maestro and Kamal Haasan 

Actor Dhanush recently revealed the first poster of the highly anticipated Ilaiyaraaja biopic, marking the beginning of a cinematic tribute to the legendary music composer. Joined by Ilaiyaraaja and actor Kamal Haasan, the event signaled the commencement of a promising collaboration between Dhanush and director Arun Matheswaran, known for their previous success with Captain Miller.

Sharing his excitement on social media, Dhanush expressed his honor in portraying such a revered figure. The event, captured by film analyst Taran Adarsh, underscored the significance of the occasion with the presence of Ilaiyaraaja and Kamal Haasan.

Ilaiyaraaja promises to delve into the composer’s illustrious journey spanning over five decades, with over 7,000 songs for 1,000 films and 20,000 concerts worldwide. Recognized with prestigious honors like the Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan, Ilaiyaraaja’s story will transcend language barriers with the film’s release planned in multiple languages.
