According to reports, SS Rajamouli will soon enter Hollywood after basking in the success of his film RRR. Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has signed The Bahubali director, which is being hailed as a major coup for the agency given the demand for the filmmaker in the west.
RRR was snubbed as India’s Oscar entry just days after Rajamouli signed with CAA.
While many thought RRR, which earned over Rs 1000 crore worldwide at the box office, was the frontrunner, the Film Federation of India announced Chhello Show as India’s Oscar entry.
With production set to begin in spring, Rajamouli will next direct an untitled film starring Mahesh Babu.
